We will do 6 for each girl that signs-up. I will run the sign-ups until May 14th. Then your YoYo's will need to be mailed out by June 1st. How does that sound? I love to make them and they are pretty easy and fast to whip out. If you have never made them but want to give it a try...just google Free Heart Shaped YoYo Pattern and run yourself off a copy of the template and instructions. WARNING: CAN BECOME HIGHLY ADDICTING! LadyInRed	Posted - Jun 29 2011 : 09:51:52 AM Robin...that picture would make totally cool blank greeting cards. If you made some up on card stock I would buy a set from you. Say, 12 cards. Hint...Hint! I love the soft fade of it. I was going to put all my hearts like that into one big Heart...but at the last minute decided to do the card in the middle. On the back I listed each Farmgirl who did this particular Swap. Even though I have not received from two of the Farmgirls. Once I get theirs I will do something else fun with theirs or put them with the swap #3 hearts. Hey girl...I haven't seen you signed up for round #3 yet. Debi...I emailed you...loved your friends web-site. She is very talented! Judith...Isn't it neat how we all come up with different usages for our YoYo's? That is why I hope everyone will post their projects. I wouldn't have thought of your beautiful hat-band in a bazillion years. And I loved Deborah's shelf doily from round #1. I have always loved this picture from a card I bought because I am a avid reader and love sitting on my Porch Reading...so, I decided to surround myself with the love of My Farmgirl Sisters and I made a Heart Shaped Wall Hanging Out of them. I think it turned out delightful...and will keep you all close to My Heart! LadyInRed	Posted - Jun 23 2011 : 4:00:02 PM Hi Debi Chandler...I got your YoYo's today and they look great! Tried to post a picture of them but having problems with the posting again. I hope you are very proud of yourself! And I hope you now like making them because I am getting ready to start a 3rd Round of Heart Shaped YoYo's. Ladies if you want to swap more YoYo's go to Swaps and sign-up. Remember to post whether you want buttons or not. Also...If you have done the swap before...please use different fabrics for this one. Some Ladies are saving all theirs for one Major Project. I find that going to JoAnn Fabric and getting scraps from other farm sisters...keeps the variety going. At JoAnn's you can buy quilting fabric already cut in small sizes and bundled in nice varietiies (I think they call them Fat Sqaures) I'm not a quilter so not possitive on that...or you can get larger squares for like $1.29 a square. I find those work best for me because I get a better fabric selection that way. We only have two Ladies who have not mailed out their YoYo's yet: Fairlee Cochran and Susan Daniel-Harris...hopefully you ladies can get those mailed out during this next sign up period. That is how I felt when I first learned to knit at age 55. I was positive that I would never learn how to knit but was determined...even if it killed me!
