Posted - Nov 22 2010 : 2:53:47 PM Liz, I got the scarf today! I love it. It will surely keep me warm. It's so pretty. It's a pretty green and white striped scarf. Thank you so much. Is that knitted? I want to learn to knit so bad. I did have a lady show me years ago but I have forgotten now. Anyway, I love the scarf and thank you. I will think of you when I wear it.

Posted - Nov 13 2010 : 2:58:19 PM Luanne, I emailed you before I saw this post. Once you save your pictures to your computer (easiest way is to insert your camera memory card into your laptop or computer, then save as "My Pictures"), you simply click on the icon all the way to right of the "reply to topic" button here, click on "choose", select "my pictures", click on the picture, then download. It's so easy. Dianne

Posted - Nov 05 2010 : 05:23:58 AM Luanne, I am so glad you like it! It is different b/c it's sewn and not knitted or crocheted but I had fun making it. I did take pictures (and I'll take one of the scarf you knitted for me) and try to post them. Hope to meet up with you soon! I'll email you separately. Dianne

Posted - Nov 04 2010 : 08:05:09 AM Hi Dianne -
I just received your scarf in the mail - it is gorgeous! I don't know how to do the picture thing, or I would post one here for everyone to see. I don't sew, so just love something hand-sewn.
It is a tweed fabric, lined, and then fabric flowers sewn on the ends - wow!
This was such a fun swap - I'm really looking forward to doing other swaps.
Hugs, Luanne

Posted - Oct 31 2010 : 03:54:05 AM I just opened the most exquisite knitted scarf from Luanne (beekeepersgirl). The colors are subtle fall tones that just melt into one another and the yarn is the softest, coziest yarn I've ever felt. I'm going to wear it to church this morning and photograph (and attempt to post) it later today. Thank you, Luanne (check your email!). Dianne in the Hudson Valley
