 SIGNUPS for this Postcard Swap: CLOSED!!
AUGUST 1st: Signup now closed, check back next summer!!! Perhaps a similiar postcard swap in Summer 2011!!
HEY FARMGIRLS!!!
Karen has asked me to take over the POSTCARD SWAP project so that she can concentrate on writing to all her penpals.
SO, if you are wanting to do the POSTCARD SWAP you need to sign up HERE on this thread.
YOU WILL NEED TO DO TWO THINGS:
- post that you want to participate
- EMAIL me with your MAILING ADDRESS and EMAIL ADDRESS
The Way It Will Work:
- Sign up by JUNE 10th and then I will email all of you the list and you can start sending your postcards in whatever time frame you wish to send.
- New signups will be welcome and I will email you with the new signups every month FOR THE SUMMER MONTHS ONLY.
- This will be for pretty much anyone who signs up, no matter what state or how many from a state or if we have all states represented.
If we try to get too technical with this then it'll be a lot of work and not as much fun.
- Send postcards that are FROM YOUR STATE . . .I believe that is the
whole idea.
If this doesn't make sense or you have other questions please email me and I'll try to answer it.

Anyone I missed please email me your addresses. I have about 10 postcards left. Thanks this was great fun! And those who did get one that hasn't posted please let me know you got it.
I really appreciate all your patience with me on this and with others as well. It makes it so much easier when you know you're behind and everyone is loving and kind with everyone.

FieldsofThyme - I soo hear you about the truant swappers. I've been disheartened more than I'd like to tell and have told myself "I quit" more than once! That I didn't, I'm thankful for I have encountered a handful of 'soul sisters' My experience has been that there is way more good in this swapping in that you do find 'hearts of gold' who make it special.
Regarding the postcards, I also would like ALL of the states. I lived in Utah for 30 years (no I'm not Mormon), have family in Montana and visit Nevada (most Las Vegas!) often. You'll be getting these 3 states from me.

this was a fun swap for my first swap, but 20 farmgirls did not send me a postcard. It's September so I can only assume they are not being mailed. Very disconcerting.
