I have a llama and alpaca ranch and am willing to trade raw wool for well, make me an offer. I really want an old water pump like Mary Jane has, i love spinning wheels, drop spindles and milking cans. I also have hand-spun yarn, felted item as well as goat cheese, canned clams & canned Alaskan red salmon, well lots of things. Lets barter.

I'm very interested, but not sure just yet what I would trade.
I always have plenty of fresh eggs, but they probably wouldn't make the trip and wouldn't be so fresh by the time they got to you! LOL

tuuli, I think this sounds so neat. I have bartered choclate cupcakes for some sweet corn this spring with a local farmer. And I would love to barter with you girls, just don't know what yet. I do make baby blankets that are reversible, they are 1 1/4 yd by 1 1/4 yd. They are pretty good sized, my kids used themfor many years.

LULU

Take care and write soon.

Hi Kathy, I too would love to have hand spun yarn, but have none of the things you have listed, although I will keep my eyes open in case I come across any of them. If there is anything else on your wish list please let me know, I might have it. Have a great day.

Hi Kathy, I would love to trade. I live in Massachusetts, near the water and have lots of regionial things you might like to trade for including canned clams. I could also suggest some sea glass, sea shells, or a cook book from this region. I also do needle felting if that intrest you. If you'd like to email me with other items you might like and the quantities then I am sure we could do a fun swap. Thanks Robin ( and I just woke up so if this has poor grammer you'll have to excuse me )

Oh happy day!

Kathy I would love to barter with you for hand spun yarn, however I do not have anything you are requesting. I started to learn how to spin...but mt dear teacher fell ill (she is older) and she has lost her sight. I hope to continue the learning process. My mom gave me a spinning wheel and I have been practicing, but I am not doing great:( I have always wanted to use some handspun yarn but have never been able to afford it. Do you have any tips on spinning? I seem to do better with a drop spindle, however I have no idea how to even begin to ply! LOL
