So beautiful! This inspires me to try making up my own apron pattern. I love the length and that there is no back tie. Easy and comfortable while being gorgeous!

My daughter left for college on Monday and as I was loading up her car with groceries and a few casseroles (that I cooked in my fav apron), my daughter's best friend stopped by to say goodbye. Sammi said to Kelsey (my daugher) "you have the best mom! She made you dinner for a week, filled your car with groceries and the best thing of all, she's in an apron!". I cracked up!!!

I went to the Canton Flea Market in Texas and bought five aprons for $1 each. They had tons there. I hope I have the chance to go there again to scoop up a few more.

Nancy, I had sewn the Daisy kindom apron last year... easy to sew but not so easy to put on & take off.... I think I might make another one and this time make 'snap' or 'button' seperating shoulder tab/ties in the front.....

Nancy, I ordered Pattern #3396 from the KwikSew site. (Planning to make View B.) Thanks! :)

I now have 3 or 4 really wonderful vintage (or like vintage) patterns and some fabric -- all I need's the TIME!!!

I sell aprons at our local Farmers Market and from my blogspot. Once in a while someone stops by my vendor booth at market and asks "are people really wearing aprons anymore"? I'm happy to tell them that YES, they are . . . and I sell about 2 dozen every Saturday morning!
So, they are back "in" . . . at least in my part of the world. This is my 4th season for selling them as well.
So, bring on the aprons!

What a beautiful aprons! just LOVE them all.
I also often wear an apron but here lots of people are looking at me as if I'm crazy wearing an apron. some say that only their grandmothers wore aprons and these days no one else does. But I don't mind as I love wearing them.

Sure! I love to browse around til I find the right thing. I ordered that pattern and found a few, fun fabircs already. I'm going to customize the back so there's little overlap. Too hot in the kitchen....

I excited, I found this pattern on another site, then got it on eBay (several there). Except for the back being more covered, it's very similar (not exact) to the linen one, and more to the Sarah Plain and Tall one. Although her buttons on the shoulders....

I found this too- pretty close but I wouldn't want it so closed in back. Very similiar to what I saw in Sarah, Plain and Tall too:
