Posted - Jan 25 2011 : 09:54:25 AM I like shorter necklaces, but I'm beginning to make necklaces to sell on Etsy, everyday, country-style, nothing fancy. Just curious, what length do you like in a necklace?
Thanks!

Posted - Jan 26 2011 : 08:19:48 AM I prefer long necklaces - those I can double or even triple for a choker-like effect are even better. I like them to be long enough to tuck under a collar if I'm wearing one, but still have enough to be a great accent to my outfit. I wear lots of solids - especially sweaters this time of year, and I like to add a pop of color with a scarf and necklace - either/or and sometimes both. I think the more flexible your designs are, the more apt they are to be marketed to a larger audience. Just my two cents!

during summertime I prefer short necklace around 18". |

Posted - Jan 25 2011 : 7:04:12 PM Fun! I used to wear them shorter, but since I got my Farmgirl Sisterhood necklace, I find I love that longer length. What if you made all different lengths, some short some longer? Good luck!
