Posted - Jul 12 2010 : 10:09:12 AM This is kinda embarrassing. My jeans wear out between my thighs quicker than anywhere else and I have one pair I really want to save. Any suggestions? I tried fray block, but it didn't work :(

Posted - Jul 12 2010 : 3:09:04 PM When you sew those patches; if you have a three step zig zag or a zig zag, use it to sew the seam. Use a jeans needle size 90 or 100. Sew over the seam again changing position slightly. That will make them strong. Good luck! Bonnie

Posted - Jul 12 2010 : 2:39:47 PM sew a long 1 to 3 inch wide patch, centered on top of the seam, from one leg up, across the crouch and down the other leg. I do this on jeans I wear out from riding.
