Hello gals:

I love love love apple cider vinegar (ACV from here on out). I just tried it on my face as recommended from a farm girl and as I figured, it works really well! My husband used it to completely rid himself of dandruff. I use it to cook and clean....everything!

I got to thinking. What do you all use it for? Lets face it, it’s probably one of the best, cheap, and underappreciated products out there (probably has something to do with the smell).

So fill me in on how you use it!

hair rinse, allergy preventive (with local honey), daily tonic (1 tsp. per glass of water), it is great for relieving the pain of insect stings and sunburn. Good stuff, ACV!
Blessings,
Catherine :)

I use it to clean surfaces in the house, as softener in the laundry, added to the water in the diaper bucket, and in a jar with holes in the lid for a gnat trap. I am also gonna try vinegar pie this summer!

I saw on a commercial that it helps soothe jellyfish stings!

I drink a tsp in a glass of water daily. Seems to keep my throat decongested and I'm not clearing my throat all the time

I've never tried this myself, but I've read in several places that vinegar can be used as a rinse for hair that gives it extra shine and leaves it very clean.

What great ideas! I've never heard it used as a skin condition. I've heard of honey for allergies, but never mixed with acv. I've learned two new things today:)

I give it to my goats, dogs, cats and chickens for a natural wormer. They love it. Also good for indigestion. Mix with local honey for an allergy remedy.
