Nancy Gartenman- I absolutely love the Edger Allen Poe picture you have!!

Hi I'm Kimberly and I'm a thrift store junkie. lol
I like to find colored vases, picture frames, boxes and books.... and some times fabric... and shoes. :)
I guess I have a obsession with old things. I found a beautiful crochet blanket a few months back.

I also share MaryBeths love of fairies...my favorite book is Legends from Fairyland by Holme Lee with pictures by reginald & horace Knowles. My hubby bought me a first edition for xmas one year. The artwork is amazing!

Thanks Kris...I know, i feel that way about pottery. When i find a piece with signature, I dont know how someone could just give it up.

Hello Heather. I am a thrift store-aholic, too. I have found several really nice embroidered framed pieces. I also go for pottery. I have found lots of nice pottery. I still cannot figure out why people would part with things that obviously their kids made. But they are here at my home now. We have several good ones here.

Welcome to the forum!

Is this your blog? I do love the pictures you have treasured. I think pictures are hard to figure out. And I suppose we all collect different treasures. But ya done good, girl. I think a lot of us on MJs are good thrifters. Well the best is Nancy Jo. go to her web site.
I haven't posted my finds on my thrifty blog for a while but you can check it out. Strawberry Hills blog has my thrift finds.

Welcome aboard Heather from Kansas.
