I went to my local flea market on Saturday and in this one little "bay", a man had some junk sitting in there and there was a sign that said "make a deal". Upon walking into that section of the flea market, it smelled musty and was alot of junk just sitting around. Well, searching for some neat finds, there sat one of those old one room school house desks (The desks with the bench on the front and the desk on the back). I asked how much for it and he said, $25. I could hardly believe it, this desk is in almost perfect shape, it has a little bit of rust on the one foot but the wood is perfect, the bench even folds up! I told him i would take it, then i continued to look around, I found three old kitchen Liquids bottles. One was tall and brown, with a label on it that said something about it being lemon juice, another was some kind of special sugar treats, and the other was vanilla. Also, i noticed there was an old kitchen scale sitting there. (it was one that measured in oz, it is small but it actually still works and its all tin and metal.) I then asked the man how much for the desk, bottles and scale, 27 bucks for it all. I was so excited!

I walked out, loaded all my great finds in my suv and drove home with a smile on my face!
