There were NO coupons in sunday's paper?! Did anyone else have this or did someone "borrow" ours? I was so ticked since we're having the coupon swap :(

Prior to holidays papers will put out alot of coupons and ads....on the holiday they don't. Next week will be normal. |

If it is a holiday weekend they usually leave out the inserts to give the workers a little break. Perhaps though with a lot of papers going under they will phase out the coupons.

Not only were there no coupons this week, but most of the usual sales flyers weren't in my paper either this Sunday.

The "rule" is that there usually are not coupon inserts in papers on holiday weekends.
