I'd never been there before, but I was killing time while my patterns were being enlarged at the neighboring copy store. I wasn't planning on buying anything until I came across the most lovely (and BRAND new!) pair of platform high heeled HOT PINK Mary Janes! I'll take a picture when I get the chance. They are to die for!! THe tag on them was orginally $48. I paid $4.50. woooooot!

LOVE them, lol. LOVE the color :)
I have a pair of pretty high heeled pumps in that exact color and love to wear them. In fact I wore thewm yesterday again for the first time this year. YAY Spring!!

We have a really nice consignment store across the highway. I stopped in the other day and bought a beautiful boiled wool jacket (basic black) on CLEARANCE (gotta love clearance prices at a consignment store!) for only $16. Can you imagine how many years I'll get out of that jacket?? At least 20 - so divide $16 into 20 and I'm paying myself to wear it! LOL! I found a great pair of black slacks for $2! They will need to be hemmed but hey, I can hem pants in just a few minutes. I would have thought I had died and gone to heaven if I had found hot pink Mary Janes - high heels or no! Dang - what a score!
