I just have to brag on my son-in-law. We just got done painting the living room and putting up new curtain rods for tab panel curtains. So we didn't need the old rods. My DD and her hubby live in our little house next door and the fridge over there is old and has no rail things on the door. He asked if he could use the old rods and I said yes. He took them and screwed them into the door somehow and made rails. So I just thought how nifty thrifty is that? Taking something I would not use again and making a new use for it. He is a very handy person to have around.
