I found this old chest at the auction a few weeks ago, paid $2.00

And this is what I did to it!

Now it will have a loving, safe home for the rest of it's days. Wow, I need sun this winter is making me weird!

I think it is beautiful! You're my kinda gal! My husband always says to me, "Honey, you truly can make a silk purse out of a sow's ear!" I love seeing people take nothing and make it into SOMETHING! Now, hopefully someone from Antiques Roadshow doesn't look at it and say, "if you hadn't painted it, it would be worth thousands....lol... they always do that! I love your style...keep hunting!

That's incredible, I just love it! Where did you get the foam? I need to make cushions for a window seat but can't find foam for a good price I'm trying to be thrifty and creative but am drawing a blank!

Do not worry about tomorrow, today has enough worries of it's own.
