I was cleaning out some drawers today and came across a book that my former sister in law gave me called "The Story of a Lifetime. A Keepsake of Personal Memoirs".

It is a book that asks you several questions about your life and you fill in the blanks. It is a very comprehesive book of about 384 pages. I am going to take the book when we are living in our travel trailer and try to write more things in it. I think it is a pretty interesting project to hand down to future generations so that they know a bit about you.

Here is a link to the book I have: http://www.amazon.com/Story-Lifetime-Keepsake-Personal-Memoirs/dp/0970062680

I just thought others might like to do this too. It is something to do over several years and I dont think it would be something one could sit down and do at once. A lot of the questions in the book have sure brought back a lot of fond memories for me and a few sad things too.

I just thought I would pass this on to you all.

I like the book because it asks questions that I hadnt thought about. I dont think I could have come up with the variety of thought provoking questions in the book. It sure makes you go back in time and think about a lot of things in your life.

How timely!!! As I stated in another post, life is throwing lemons at me again. It came to me while in deep sleep last night that I need to get writing. Something is telling me I might be successful at it. I even have a title in the works. This journal would be great to organize my thoughts as I tend to jump all over the place but have such ideas that I want to get them down.

A journal is a great idea too! I am a geneology buff and I keep thinking how great it would be to be able to know some of my ancestors and what they did and thought about when they were alive. I guess that is why i am so into writing in this book. So my future great grandkids and beyond will know more about me and who I am.
