Actually, reading her book, it seems that a lot of people take financial advantage of nice girls.
She defines "rich" as having enough money not to be "constrained" by not having enough money to do what you want.
She discusses 75 common financial mistakes that women often make because they have been socialized to "do good" instead of "doing well", everything from not having financial goals, to letting the men in your life make all the financial decisions, collecting child support to impulse buying, saving rather than investing (there is a difference!), distinguishing between 'wants' and 'needs',giving in to social pressure to spend more than you want to, to working for a salary that is less than you deserve, to giving away your time for free...
There are more. I don't want to give away the surprise ending! Interesting things to think about.
