Have you ever put together a cookbook for an organization? I'm looking for suggestions.
I belong to a group that has done an annual "hot-dish cook-off" fundraiser for a couple of years. We have collected recipes from the participants and have maybe 30. It would add another way of making money if we could combine them in a little cookbook to sell to members of our group, friends, or community members.
I have checked with one of those companies that does cookbooks for churches and other groups but we don't have much of a budget and spending close to $5 each wouldn't work. They have discounts for large orders but we wouldn't need more than 50.
