I would like to get my dad a book for father's day, but
something I know he'll read. He used to read old westerns and Florida
cracker novels (basically Florida westerns).

Do y'all have any suggestions? I researched a little bit and found "Faith Like Potatoes", and comments on that one?

He does so much for me and my family, I really want to give him something special this year.

Thanks a bunch

How about one of these http://www.amazon.com/True-Tales-Amazing-Legends-West/dp/0307236382/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1339338727&sr=1-1 http://www.amazon.com/The-West-An-Illustrated-History/dp/0316735892/ref=sr_1_8?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1339338844&sr=1-8 or any of the Larry McMurtry Lonesome dove novels?

Maybe an old Zane Grey novel? Or a history of John Deere coffee-table book?
