My favorite Edgar Allan Poe poem is "Annabel Lee".
My Sweetie (husband) and I have been married for 37 years. On every birthday card, Christmas card, Valentine card, Easter card, etc... I put a quote from the above mentioned poem, saying "I love you with a love that is more than love". If I forget to write it down, he'll bring the card to me and ask me to write it out.

ANNABEL LEE (Edgar Allan Poe)
It was many and many a year ago,
In a kingdom by the sea,
That a maiden there lived whom you may know
By the name of Annabel Lee;
And this maiden she lived with no other thought
Than to love and be loved by me.
I was a child and she was a child,
In this kingdom by the sea:
But we loved with a love that was more than love--
I and my Annabel Lee;
With a love that the winged seraphs of heaven
Coveted her and me.
And this was the reason that, long ago,
In this kingdom by the sea,
A wind blew out of a cloud, chilling
My beautiful Annabel Lee;
So that her highborn kinsman came
And bore her away from me,
To shut her up in a sepulchre
In this kingdom by the sea.
The angels, not half so happy in heaven,
Went envying her and me--
Yes!--that was the reason (as all men know,
In this kingdom by the sea)
That the wind came out of the cloud by night,
Chilling and killing my Annabel Lee.
But our love it was stronger by far than the love
Of those who were older than we--
Of many far wiser than we--
And neither the angels in heaven above,
Nor the demons down under the sea,
Can ever dissever my soul from the soul
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee:
For the moon never beams, without bringing me dreams

My favoriet is Annabel Lee and then the Raven. I also like A Dream Within A Dream. I have a very old book simply called Poe Poems, I treasure it.

I haven't read Poe since the sixth grade, but I loved the poem "The Bells". I even came up with a tune to go with it.

Annabel Lee for me, too, Marly. Discovered it in high school and loved it ever since.

Seconding "Annabel Lee", and also "The Bells"--both of which I performed in high school forensics competitions.

My first response was going to be the Raven. I love it.
But then I thought, I don't really know that many of his poems. I am more familiar with his stories so I decided to do a search (I love the internet) and found all his poems. http://www.poetryloverspage.com/poets/poe/poe_ind.html
This one really touched me because I had such a lake in my youth too.
The Lake
I In spring of youth it was my lot
To haunt of the wide world a spot
The which I could not love the less-
So lovely was the loneliness
Of a wild lake, with black rock bound,
And the tall pines that towered around.
But when the Night had thrown her pall
Upon that spot, as upon all,
And the mystic wind went by
Murmuring in melody-
Then- ah then I would awake
To the terror of the lone lake.
Yet that terror was not fright,
But a tremulous delight-
A feeling not the jewelled mine
Could teach or bribe me to define-
Nor Love- although the Love were thine.
Death was in that poisonous wave,
And in its gulf a fitting grave
For him who thence could solace bring
To his lone imagining-
Whose solitary soul could make
An Eden of that dim lake.
