Posted - Jan 10 2012 : 1:28:47 PM Does anyone else read him? The first time I picked up one of his books, I put it back. I was lost. It happened to be the only one that was a continuation and I had no idea what was going on. I have since "rediscovered" him and have quite a few of his discworld novels. They are a great humorous read.

Posted - Jan 30 2012 : 1:22:59 PM His first book in the series is available for very cheap- I think $.99 on the Nook and possiblet the Kindle - The Color Of Magic. I like the ones with witches in them- soooo silly. |

Read him if you can. Even the library carries some of his books.

Posted - Jan 12 2012 : 07:35:51 AM We love Pratchett. He has created the most amazing world of characters. To the ones who haven't read him, he writes fantasy/science fiction humor. On a sad note, he announced a few years ago he has Alzheimer's. He was still high-functioning at that time. Not sure of his condition now.
