Any ideas?? I am looking at the library website for some good books about Christmas, you know something like the Donna VanLiere books. But since I hardly know about authors it is not so easy to do. Can someone suggest some nice authors to me so I can try if the library has some?? Thanks girls

I recently finished reading The Gift by Cecelia Ahern. It was a great Christmas book!

I am reading the Log Cabin Christmas Collection now. It is a collection of nine short stories about Christmas, log cabins and romance. I am enjoying the details of the log cabins involved in the stories.

I have a copy of "A Log Cabin Christmas Collection" by various authors, including Wanda E. Brunstetter. I have no idea if these are older books put into one or not, but I have yet to read it. These are romance stories, and typically don't read romance, but they zero in around the pioneer years.

I love the Amish "bonnet" books, and several of the authors have Amish Christmas books like Cindy Woodsmall's "The Christmas Singing" and Shelley Shephard Gray's "Christmas in Sugarcreek". The ones I have read so far have all been wonderful.

Marian,
I am reading some of the Donna VanLiere books right now. But, you might also like Richard Paul Evans. He wrote the Christmas Box, The Locket, Finding Noel, and Grace. Those are the ones of his I can think of right now.
Also, there is Phillip Gulley, he wrote Christmas in Harmony, The Christmas Scrapbook.
Glenn Beck wrote a good one called The Christmas Sweater.
Happy Reading!

O, a trouble's a ton or a trouble's an ounce,
Or a trouble is what you make it!
And it isn't the fact that you're hurt that counts,
But only--how did you take it?
