Here are some questions to think about and discuss for Anne's House of Dreams.
Warning: There may be spoilers in the questions or answers, so if you haven't read the book yet and you are reading this discussion, be prepared to be informed!
Feel free to answer any or all of the questions. These are discussion questions, so there are no right or wrong answers. If you have your own questions you want to ask, feel free!

1) Anne’s wedding is simple and sweet. I have always felt like it was fitting for Anne to have such a simple wedding, but that something was missing in the description. Do you feel the same? What would you add?

2) Captain Jim is the ‘adventurer’ character that is loosely based off of someone LM Montgomery actually knew. What do you think of him as a character?

3) Describe Cornelia Bryant in your own words. Compare and contrast her to Mrs. Rachel Lynde.

4) In what ways does the character of Leslie Moore bring a darker side to the book?

5) How does Anne’s miscarriage bring her closer to Leslie?

6) Identify ways that Anne helps Leslie.

7) In what ways does Captain Jim’s lifebook play a role in the story?

8) How did Dick’s incredible story strike you?

9) Anne's goes through many big changes in this book. What do you think is the most significant change?

10) Favorite quote from the book:
