The Hole in our Gospel by Richard Stearns

The Road of lost innocence by Somaly Mam

Each one of the books have changed my life, they were so amazing..the last one is heartwrenching, and you won't be able to put it down.

If you have any questions on them, don't hesitate to ask!

Thanks so much. I will surely put that book on my list. However, such a topic, as true as it is, will be difficult to read. For me to read, I mean. I'll look forward to reading how she gets through all of her difficulties. Thanks, again.

Hi Marly!
The road of lost innocence is a book by a woman named Somaly. She is from Cambodia. It is the true story of her life, and what happened to her in her own country-she was sold and trafficked in many different ways, mostly for sexual purposes. It opened my eyes to what life is like there, and how many children from age 4 and up are still be trafficked and used and abused-in fact, the problem has gotten much worse. I immediately called World Vision, and began sponsoring a little girl from Cambodia after reading this book. It's the least I could do. The book was given to me from a friend, and it was difficult to read what this woman has been through, but amazing to see what she is doing now. I think it is so important that people are aware of the sex trafficking that is going on not only in Cambodia (where it is rampant), but all over the world, even here in the U.S. I highly recommend anyone read this book!

I'd love to know about "The Road of Lost Innocence". I love good books, but can't seem to find a super good book lately. Thanks for the recommendations.
