'The Extraordinary Healing Power of Ordinary Things' by Larry Dossey, MD (and a few other things).

I'm not really into the self-help/aware type books cuz it seems most of them have a hidden agenda. This particular book fell into my hands, right off the library shelf (!), and I browsed the first page. I checked it out and have even done one extension.

It's 14 things that are everyday things that have been lost or are no longer appreciated by modern society. Things that now are even looked down on, such as 'doing nothing'.

If you can find it, check it out. It's a very good read.

It is in my local county library system so I have ordered it.

Thanks for the suggestion.
