For those of you who are interested in cookbooks, this might be of interest. I am kind of a US history buff, and I also like to cook. Soooo, when you combine the two, I'm in heaven. Consequently, I have had this book since it came out in 1994 and have used it to death.

The original of it, from 1975, (which I didn't know existed until last summer) is posted for sale here, however, it is out of stock right now.

I really enjoy the Web site oldcookbooks.com and have purchased many cookbooks from them.
