Posted - Jul 09 2009 : 10:14:12 PM Has anybody read "Hit By a Farm" by Catherine Friend? I read it last summer (the title alone was enough to get my attention)and Loved it. I think anybody who farms, is thinking about farming, or who is just getting started, would appreciate the true-life adventures of life on a farm. 
I just picked up her new book "The Compassionate Carnivore" and plan on reading it next week at the lake. I'm looking forward to another delightful read!
