I just finished 2 books that I really loved! The 1st one is "No Dogs in Heaven" by Robert T. Sharp, D. V. M. He is a vet and shares some of his stories over the years as a country vet. It made me laugh, at times it made me so angry at the way people would treat animals and lastly it made me cry like a baby. The closeness people have with their pets are amazing and he is such a great storyteller. A must read for animal lovers.
The second book is called "Pretty Little Things" by Sally Jean Alexander. She does collage and makes all kinds of neat things out of words cut out of old books, old pictures, glass and knicknacks. She even tells you how to solder. What farmgirl doesn't need to know that!

Both books sound really interesting. Thanks for sharing them with us. I can't keep up with all these recommendations, I need to make a spread sheet of them!
