Did anyone read The Christmas Sweater by Glen Beck? What did you think?

Nice book, because it reminds us all that sometimes a gift is deeper than what we think. Like the sweater, pair of socks, apron, etc that someone makes every year, that some people grumble about, may well have been made by someone who didnt have much money to spend, yet choose us to spend it on, by investing in the material, and time to make it. Reminded me a bit of the Truman Capote stores of growing up and with a spinster aunt, making homemade kites as a gift for each other.

I got it from the library and really liked the message of hat is important in life. I fell in love with his farm grandparents! I would reccommend it as a good read even though its not Christmas anymore.

Loved it. It's an easy read, and anyone can identify with it. Enjoy!
