This is a gorgeous story told by mouse characters about "how we lived 100 years ago", a tale of rural living in the Victorian times. I found this in the book section of a local garden centre and had to read it start to finish right there! It is full of lovely artwork and historical facts - a wonderful book for the young and young at heart.

I love critter books. I will have to see if our library has it. Thanks for the "review".
