Posted - Nov 12 2005 : 3:39:36 PM Thanks for another great recommendation - I went to Half.com (another great farmgirl recommendation from someone) and found it in hardcover, good condition, for $1.70!!! Thrill of thrills! |

Posted - Nov 12 2005 : 2:49:45 PM Remember way back when Organic Gardening was the size of a Reader's Digest magazine? (I still have a box full of the early versions.) My parents subscribed to just those two magazines, Reader's Digest and Organic Gardening because they espoused what they believed in and because.... they both fit on the back of the toilet! What a great Americana Mix. RD's Back to Basics combines the two beautifully. (Not the modern versions of OG, but the early versions.) |
