Posted - Sep 17 2008 : 11:15:35 PM Just finished this one this morning. Wow. I loved it. It is a hard book to read...hard to read what the main character lived through and all she had to learn..even how to love and believe. A real tear jerker for sure...but so well written.

Posted - Dec 03 2008 : 07:51:19 AM Redeeming Love was my first Francine River book to read too. Read it while flying to and from CA several years ago. Was glad that I was flying with family - I shed tears while reading too. Wonderful book! Well worth the read!

Posted - Dec 02 2008 : 11:32:40 AM Francine Rivers is awesome. I really enjoyed the Atonement Child and a couple others that just left my head :-(. I think the Sin Eater is one of hers as well and the Shofar Blew ???

Posted - Sep 18 2008 : 04:58:21 AM Yes, this is an excellent book, one I almost wish they'd make into a movie. I think I've read this book at least 10 times so far. It's neat to me that it's an awesome retelling of the story of Hosea and Gomer from the bible.
