Just finished this one this morning. Wow. I loved it. It is a hard book to read...hard to read what the main character lived through and all she had to learn..even how to love and believe. A real tear jerker for sure...but so well written.

Redeeming Love was my first Francine River book to read too. Read it while flying to and from CA several years ago. Was glad that I was flying with family - I shed tears while reading too. Wonderful book! Well worth the read!

Francine Rivers is awesome. I really enjoyed the Atonement Child and a couple others that just left my head :-(. I think the Sin Eater is one of hers as well and the Shofar Blew ???

It's definitely my favorite book by Francine Rivers. After reading the book I just had to read the story in the Bible. Always a good source!

Yes, this is an excellent book, one I almost wish they'd make into a movie. I think I've read this book at least 10 times so far. It's neat to me that it's an awesome retelling of the story of Hosea and Gomer from the bible.
