All those people seemed so real.

the people and places are described so that you feel you are living in these pioneer times. i'm reading THREE of her books ... at one time! i love how she goes from generation to generation and brings olde characters into some of her newer books. and i love her humor.

Love JHG, read them all years ago, couldn't put them down. All those people seemed so real.

Greetings from the morning side of the hill.
