I got this book today, Liberating Paris. It is written by Linda Bloodworth Thomason. If you liked Designing Women and Evening Shade, she is the creator of those shows. This looks to be a funny book, about the South - Paris, Arkansas. The back of the book says, "Thomason takes up where Julia Sugarbaker left off, creating a range of quirky, colorful characters, endowing them with actual smarts."

I think this might be her second book, but I will sure look for it as I still laugh at Designing Women reruns. They just tickle my particular funny bone! Thanks for the update!

Hey Farm Girls!!!

I have read Liberating Paris and just loved it. I am certain that it will eventually be a movie.
