As you are aware I'm opening my Bookstore, Hopefully sometime in June..Talked to the owners this morning, so early! But now I'm feeling the pressure, so I'm on the lookout for books, paperback/hardback..any catagory, no magazines/Textbooks/encyclopidies.

I'm ready to buy, although not very high costs, of course taking donations too... Please let me know whatcha have and how much you want for it, slowly I can start collecting.

You may ship via Media Mail, MUCH cheaper this way!

Farm Girl Hugs,
Heather G.

Thank You Ladies! I'm ready for a week of collecting, our library here is having their book sale this week and tomorrow I'm going to call and see what they do with their leftovers.

Hi Heather-
My parents ran a bookstore for a few years and the best way they got stock was to advertise in the paper for used books. Some people called with just junk but there were lots who just had a bunch of good books to sell. Used library book sales often have books donated that are almost new or good do-it-yourself type books with no library markings. Sometimes garage sales can net a good box or two of books for 10 to 25 cents each and places like Goodwill are also excellent places to get used books. Hope that helps some and good luck!!

How exciting Heather! I had no idea you were moving so quickly! Guess I missed that part somewhere. I'm really happy for you and wish you much success!
