Oh, I was thinking of getting this one myself! I LOVED Gone with the Wind. I started Scarlett right after and couldn't get into it. I picked it back up a year later and liked it much better. If I got RB's People that would be 3 summers in a row...hmmmm...picking out my summer reading all ready!

Kate - GWTW is my favorite too. I was disappointed in Scarlett also. I hope this new one will be good. Off to see if the library has a copy.

I just ordered it from the Library, can't wait to read it. GWTW is my favorite movie and book. I was disappointed with Scarlett. I hope I am not with this attempt.
The small excerpt I read on Amazon looks promising.
