A friend recently gave me her copy of "Tending Roses" by Lisa Wingate (copyright 2001). What a wonderful book! I passed it on to my older sister, and now my younger sister is reading it. I highly recommend it...it's fiction aboout a young mother and her husband who go to stay with her elderly grandmother to help out at her farmhouse. It dusted a bunch of cobwebs out of my brain and inspired me. Hope it inspires others, too.
