ok girls most of you know I am NOT a seamstress in ANY way so I need the truth. I want MJ new book on stitching BUT can someone like myself w/ no talent in this department actually make something?? I'll probably get it anyway because I just want it but I really do want to be able to sew something. Give me a spinning wheel, a loom, a drop spindle but needle & thread (sigh) Im a disaster!!

I got my book last week too. I am dying to learn how to put crocheted edges on my teatowels and other linens. She makes it look so easy. The book is just lovely!

Michele- just got mine on Saturday- and I am already using it. The way she explains it- you can do it. It is such a great bbok. I have crocheted before but now I want to try the rug. My three boys go through so many clothes this will be a great way to recycle them!
