This is an unusual prayer request but God knows all!!!There has been several pieces of old time antique farm equipment stolen from my DH's family farm over the past couple of weeks...Please pray that God will open doors and reveal to us who has taken what did not belong to them...as of now we have no leads...only suspicions of who might have done it but not any concrete evidence...These things may not mean anything to others but when it's your parents things from long ago...it does mean something to you and your family...
We do have cows and calves on the property...so everyone please pray for their protection...
UPDATE 4/10
Shannon and all my farm girl friends thank you so much for your prayers and concerns about our situation...We did end up selling a couple of our young ones...but we still have the rest...The Wonderful Lord above has provided someone to watch after the cows and calves on a daily basis...also we continue to go there a few times a week...where we have our livestock is about 40 minutes away from where we live...so after a long days work...sometimes it is not easy to go there everyday...we are so thankful that God has provided someone to look after them...It amazes me how people think they can just come in and take over other peoples property...but in the times we live in that is the way some people think...I ask each of you to pray that God will move the evil doers completely out of the area...if that is what the HE wants...There are so many details that I don't feel at liberty to discuss at this time...but God knows all...The whole situation has caused a lot of unrest and caused us to get behind on many things that we need to get caught upon...When all the issues first began...we were there at the farm in the middle of the night...to make sure everything was OK...
I appreciate everyone's concern and giving me a place of friendship to come to during this troubling time...and thanks for allowing me to vent...Please continue to pray for us...and that the whole situation will be resolved soon and that we can come to a place of complete peace with having our livestock there on the property...The farm is way out in the country and like a piece of Heaven on earth...it is so beautiful there...it does not need to be corrupted by evildoers...I continue to remind myself that God is an awesome God and watches over us all the time...

THINGS HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY BETTER!!!ACTUALLY THINGS ARE TO THE POINT THAT UNLESS A MIRACLE TAKES PLACE WE WILL HAVE TO SELL OUR CATTLE THIS COMING WEEK...TOO MANY ISSUES TO GO INTO AT THIS POINT...
PLEASE CONTINUE TO REMEMBER OUR FAMILY IN YOUR PRAYERS!!!

Amy...Thank you for your prayers and sweet words...it truly is hard sometimes to see things through God's eyes instead of our own...I am sure that someday we will see something positive come out of this whole situation:):):)I love your name on here...Song Sparrow makes me think of my favorite hymn at church:):):)"Consider The Lilies"...such a touching hymn to me...it speaks of sparrows:):):)

Hi Judy, just wanted to check in and let you know you're never far from my thoughts. Your problem really hit home with me, although our lives are very different. It's so hard to feel victimized when what you want to feel is joy and compassion. Maybe today will be the day things turn around! I pray for that and for your continued struggle to love your enemies (it's a tough task!:)

Sharon...Thanks for your prayers...I think I was a bit misleading in my prayer request...my family does know the Lord as their personal Savior...it's just the evildoers that I was meaning that was wandering around in darkness...so sad that people have no morals or conscience anymore...

Judy, I haven't been on in awhile and just saw this. I am so sorry to hear what has happened. I am praying that first your family will come to know our Savior, who knows, maybe that is why things have happened. I am also praying for protection for the family and property and a repentant heart for those who have stolen. I'm sorry. Thankful that you have someone to watch the property, that is a blessing!

Thank you Shannon...please continue to lift my family up in your prayers and also those who are wandering around in spiritual darkness and don't know the Lord as their Savior...please pray that God will touch their hearts in such a miraculous way that they would have to turn their hearts and lives over to Him:):):)Sometimes I have to remind myself of "What Would Jesus Do"...and of course He loves and forgives:):):)

Praising God that you have found someone to help watch over YOUR property! Ugghhhh I am with you on how sad it is to see the values, morals, and ethics of people falling to the wayside! I know it is scriptural, but it is heartbreaking! Continuing to pray that everything is rectified! I'm so sorry you had to sell a couple, but am thankful you could keep the rest, and there is someone to help!
