02/03/15: Just to ask you to continue to pray for Cindy's healing. Apparently she has LOTS of bruising, etc. in rib cartilage and having pain. She has seen dr. and is encouraged to hang in there. I know, from experience, that cracked/bruised ribs take a long time to heal and are pretty painful, limiting a lot of different physical activity. She is with friends, taking some rest and relaxation at a condo in Mexico. Her hubby stayed here to continue the work as host home caregivers for our son and the other young man who lives there.

Please continue to pray for them . . for Cindy. She really needs encouragement, rest, healing and restoration. I know she's grateful she wasn't hurt worse, but the accident has sidelined her with her own healing, losing her vehicle and losing her sweet Dusty!

THANKS SO MUCH FARMGIRLS!
CJ

Hi dear farmgirls,
My son is developmentally disabled (he s 41 years old) and he lives full time with a 24/7 caregiver. He is able to do much for himself but cannot live alone.
Anyway, he lives with a married couple (in their late 40s or so I think). She was in a car accident yesterday that totaled her car, but thankfully she received only bumps and bruises. She is quite sore but not seriously injured. She had two dogs with her, one of which was so terrified by the crash and deployment of the 6 airbags that, as soon as the car door was opened, he ran off as fast as he could. Several people searched for him until dark yesterday but couldn't find him. I know this dog to be very timid and he was probably so terribly frightened.

They went back to look for him this morning. Yes, they found him, he had been hit on the highway . . . they had to bring him home and bury him. Cindy is soooooo heartbroken over this sweet dog.

So, please pray for them as she heals, they have to deal with insurance and replace her vehicle . . . and deal with the loss of their furbaby. I feel sooooooooooo sad for them.

They are grateful Cindy wasn't hurt seriously . . . as I am. And I'm glad they did find the dog so they don't have to wonder about him. (I've lost so many pets that I didn't know what happened to them)

Anyway, prayers for them are appreciated!
Thank you so much!
CJ

P.S. It will impact our son as well as he loved the dog too!

Awww... I am so happy they found a friend for Tawnee! And that they made it home safe, and found another vehicle! May many, many more good things come their way! Still praying here, too!

CJ - How is Jeremy doing with all of this? Praying for him, too!

They made the trip safely, returned with a used vehicle for Cindy. They also have found another pup, who was abused, to come live with them and be a playmate for their other doggie, Tawnee. Cindy is healing and things are settling down a bit.
Thanks for your prayers!

Cindy and Jaimey are on their way today to Utah to pick up another vehicle for Cindy. Our son is here, staying overnight. Cindy is hurting, very sore but doing okay.
Please pray for their driving safety, that the transaction will go smoothly, the "new" vehicle will run like its supposed to. They will be driving two vehicles home this evening.
Thanks so much!

Received an email from Cindy today. She said she'd never had a dog before and Dusty was so loyal to her. I know it's hard for her but sounds like she's trying to stay positive and love on her other dog, Tawnee!
Thanks for continued prayers!
