I know all my faithful sisters will bless these very sick children. Please go to this site and start looking and read the stories the parents have posted. http://www.info@sendkidstheworld.com I have been sending cards with stickers enclosed. The cost is so minimal I hope you will bless them. The owner of the site gave me permission to post the site and is thankful for the exposure. Ask your friends and family to join too. If you know of any children that could benefit by this site, do that also. Remember your many blessings and do what you can. Blessings in numbers from all us sisters!

Be Blessed and Be a Blessing,

Darlene, thanks for the info. Erin, thanks for the updated link.

I went to the site. What a precious and heartwarming endeavor. This would be a great project for Mail Art.

One of the best compliments from one of my daughters: "Moma, you smell good...like dirt."

Darlene, I think your link isn't working, but I googled it. I think this would be a great thing to do with my kids, and you're right, the cost is so minimal and it would be such an uplifting thing for these sick children. I downloaded the lesson plans they have on the website. They give a good picture of how the post office works, and an intro to stamps. I like your idea of sending cards with stickers, or something small enclosed, but I'm going to have my kids make postcards to send. They have a template you can download on the website. I'm so glad that you shared this! It will be a great learning opportunity and a really good exercise in selflessness for my kids. Thank you! I hope more people will take advantage of this and bless these children with encouragement and prayers. I'm reposting the link... I hope you don't mind :)
