Judy,

I am still keeping your honey in prayer. I know just what your going through. My honey deals with back issues and we had a long trip like that last week. It is exhausting. I am praying for healing for your honey, strengthening of his back and strength and rest for you both.

Keeping DH in prayer! Hope he is feeling better tonight.

I'm counting my blessings today instead of my calories.

Judy~ I hope your husband's back pain subsides. It is such a difficult thing to live with because any little thing can set it off again. Hopefully, whatever he takes for pain when this happens will work and he will not have to lose work time. I join the others here in prayers for a speedy relief!

Judy I am so sorry for your hubby's back pain.I will pray the swelling will start to subside. When my back goes out I always try to lay on the floor with my legs bent and on the couch so the pressure is taken off the disk. Also nsaids like advil for the inflamation. You have to get that under control too. Take good care.

Judy, I will keep your hubby in my thoughts, heart and prayers. I know what it is like to live with 24/7 pain, you have to be strong to live through each day and I know your hubby must be a strong man. Plus he has a very loving, understanding, strong and supportive woman behind him, I have my hubby who helps me, and of course prayer helps me get through it. Tell him to hang in there it will get better.
Hugs,
Debbie

I will pray for your husband. One thing that helped me was Bio-Freeze I like the spray. A friend of mine gave me a bottle and it really helped me.

Praying for him right now, Judy. My hubby had an inoperable, life-altering, bulging disk. He was so miserable and could hardly move. At the time they were doing trial nerve cauterizations in Pittsburgh. He had it done, and thank GOD it worked for him. He has full mobility and no pain whatsoever. It's amazing. I'm not sure whether it is still being done today or not, but if that is anything your hubby may be eligible for, I would highly recommend looking into it!

My prayers are with yours!

I shall keep you both in my prayers. I pray that God's healing hands will ease his pain and your stress as you both go through this together.

Judy,
Praying for your hubby. I have had a neck fusion and lumbar surgery and need another one. Putting it off as long as I can. What works for me is a rice bag that is heated in the micro. It is a moist heat and helps with the spasms. If you don't have one make it. Fold a washcloth over and stitch it up, leave an opening for the rice, stitch closed and there it is! Works good on a cold night too! An anti inflammatory works too. Aspirin, aleve, ibuprofen. Traveling mercies for you also.

Be Blessed and Be a Blessing,

Judy, so sorry to hear about your husband's back pain. I know, and understand the toll that physical labor can take on our bodies. My DH is afflicted with chronic back pain also.
Taking epsom salt baths and a few yoga stretches have kept him from being totally debilitated.
I will keep you and your husband in my prayers.

Judy...prayers going up for your husband. Also maybe try deep blue essential oil by doTerra. It helps the pains I get in my knees. The problem I find most is that men do not want to try, maybe yours will.
