Posted - Jul 19 2013 : 08:18:03 AM Could you send of a prayer for Mattie? It's a simple surgery, but she's not a "spring chicken" either. I had to pay an extra $52.00 for her blood work, just to make sure she'd be okay under medication for the surgery (for checking body organs etc). Thanks.

Posted - Jul 22 2013 : 6:24:49 PM Kristina, how is Mattie? The older one gets, the harder it is to bounce back from anything. Sending prayers up for you both. Please keep us posted.

Posted - Jul 19 2013 : 4:23:17 PM Hi Kristi How is Mattie doing, maybe she is just slow recovering with the anisthesia, I have had cats that took a whole day to get over it and stumbling around. I will pray for the little sweetie and for you as well. You take care ok, and it is good to hear from you. hugs darlene

Posted - Jul 19 2013 : 3:56:02 PM Well, we picked her up at 2pm. They said she'd be up and about in 2 hours. She's not. It's 7pm and she can't walk at all. She stumbles and we are concerned they hit a nerve in the surgery. I may be calling them tonight or tomorrow. I am praying she is just slow at recovering.

Kristina,
Will be sending prayers and positive thoughts to you and your Kitty. I love cats so much. I have a Tabby who is about 3 years old. He is something else...so I do understand your love for and concern for Mattie. Let us know how things go...
Hugs!
