This time for my Mom, she fell yesterday and shattered her left wrist, she is having surgery tuesday to plate and pin the bones to hold them in place so they will heal correctly, its going to be a long painful recovery, as she is 88 yrs old...

So glad to hear that things are looking up for your mom. She sounds like a real character! Attitude is everything, and with an attitude like that she is sure to heal quickly!

my Mom is a tough lady, she is doing much better, and the Dr is going to keep her in the soft cast, its lighter weight and not as hot, as she puts it, "its far from my heart, so I'll live"...

Oh Tina, I am so glad that surgery went well. I am praying for a healthy, speedy recovery for your mom with the least amount of discomfort and that the Lord would strengthen her. Bless her heart.

The surgery went well, the doctor see's no problems, it will be a long and painful/uncomfortable recovery/healing, but it will heal...thank you all for your prayers and thoughts...
