Posted - Mar 10 2012 : 11:19:23 AM If you could please pray for us as my husband is out of work and is looking for a job. We won't have enough money at the end of the month for the rest of the bills and rent. We do have some things up for sale which could cover most if not all of that but then we have next month. I'm also having a rummage sale as soon as I can but probably not until April.
Another prayer request would be that he has this burden to work in the ministry so we are also looking into options for that as well. He is looking at options for that as well.
We don't know where God is leading us, if it is to stay here and work or if it's to jump and get a ministry type job somewhere in the states.
Thanks for the prayers farmgirls!

Posted - Jun 10 2012 : 07:28:04 AM Just wanted to update for those that have been praying. My husband got a job working on a farm working full time which usually turns out to be about 70 hours a week. We are so thankful he was able to get a job. While it doesn't have benefits it provides much needed income so we can get caught up on our bills and we can keep looking for a job with benefits. We are so very thankful for this job! Thanks to all my farmgirl's that prayed for us for him to get a job! :)

Posted - Mar 27 2012 : 1:48:51 PM Thanks so much for the prayers! I made$100 from my yard sale which isn't a ton but it sure helped buy some necessities!!! My husband had two job offers in the last two days. One job is local, the other in Montana. Both jobs he would be doing about the same thing so we have to pray which he should take. . .

Posted - Mar 14 2012 : 08:03:27 AM it can surely get scarey. i have been there hold on tight and take a day at a time. have you checked into some help. food stamps and insurance for the kids. these days there is a lot of things offered for those unemployed. here they have an energy assistance program. they will pay your power or heat two times. maybe in your area there is something like this it would free up more of your cash. sending hugs to you craigs is a great place for selling stuff. hang in there this too will pass.
