Hi,
I am new to the farm girls. But, I feel so connected after reading so many stories.
I have a small herd of dairy goats and I make cheese. This past year has been a real struggle. Market forces are making it difficult for me to make ends meet. I also had some health problems at the beginning of the year.
But, kidding season always brings new hope. This forum has given me some much needed inspiration! I am making some aprons.
Hail spring, welcome new friends!
Best Regards from the cheeselady.

Congrats on the new babes! Something about being out around my animals makes my stress level go down and my hope rises. Sounds like it is the same for you.

Thanks for the warm welcome. Just came in from the barn. Five new kids, three does and two bucks. All healthy and beautiful. Moms are doing well, so grateful for spring milk.
