My first grandbaby was born on Christmas morning. He was declared perfect and healthy. Now he is in the hospital. He has an infection and is dehydrated. He also is having mini-siezures and when he falls asleep they can't get him to wake up without medication.
The doctors don't have any idea whats going on. We've never seen anything like it in our family, so we have no ideas either.
Kodi Dean St Clair needs God's healing. The doctors need God's leading.

The drs at the er sent him home after 2 days without any answers! We were disgusted and took the baby to Riley Childrens Hospital. They have found he has acid reflux and was severely dehydrated. They put him on meds and have scheduled a lot of testing and moved him to a local primary care physician that is one of their doctors.
They think the mini-siezures are from a chemical imbalance, but we should know for sure in a few days. They also told us how to wake him when he isn't respondin right. We strip him and put an ice pack on his little belly. It's workin nicely for now, but they are testin him to find out why he's doin it.
Hopefully we will have solid answers and some treatment plan in a few more days!

Dear Lord, please keep little Kodi close in your healing arms..lead the docs to the answers to make your precious little one better. Please keep his parents and extended family wrapped in your loving arms Lord- I am sure they are frightened for their baby, grant them peace and strength to carry on when there are so many unanswered questions.

One of my coworker's new born grandbaby was having similar problems and they found the baby had salmonella. I will be praying for your grandbaby. Cathy
