Heh everybody. Heading out the door to the hospital where they have admitted my daughter with a systemic staph infection (I guess she got it at the hospital when she had the baby). Don't know whether she will get to have the baby there with her. She is very upset. Just need to lean on the Lord, I realize that.

Thank you all. The good news is that they have determined it isn't that horrible strain of staph (mersa?) but is the more run of the mill kind. It has caused Toxic Shock Sydrome, but the antibiotics intravenously are working. Her fever is down. They thought she had pneumonia, but have decided that it is staph in her lungs and so the cough is getting better as she gets the meds. May even get to come home tomorrow. So hallelujah!!! :-) Thank you so much for your prayers and thoughts. God is good. :-)

Thank you all so much. I am at the hospital and will stay the night. They are thinking toxic shock syndrome. High fever, horrible rash that looks like a burn and sore points. You all are so special. Thank you.

Definitely praying for your daughter and the little one. It is such an important time for them to be together but of course important to keep that baby safe too. Very tough.
