A local antique club is hosting a cowboy church service tomorrow and I may go (if I can stop coughing). I've been sick for almost two weeks now and I'm on four different types of medication. Never been sick like this before. They won't let me return to work until I get this asthma under control. but I'd really like to attend cowboy church.

I am so glad you made it to cowboy church. This is the 1st time I ever heard of that. Keep an eye on your eye's with that cough. I had a vain in my eye's that broke when I had a bad cough and now I will always have a cloud in my eyes, so if you see any floaters call your doctor right away. I'll say a prayer for you.

Well, i went to cowboy church but i sat a distance away cause I was coughing so much. So I couldn't really hear all of it. I liked the music. The pastor delivered his sermon on horseback (a very beautiful horse). I wish I could have sat closer but I didn't want to disturb anyone. The word I would use to describe it is "genuine".

Cowboy church...... I LOVE cowboy church, could have something to do with the fact that I come from a line of cowboys and grew up in cattle country..... :P I hope you went and enjoyed it.

Excuse the mess & the noise, my children are making happy memories

Karen--Cowboy church is a special kind of church service that incorporates faith with cowboy values. The preacher is also a horse trainer and will be speaking from the perspective of people who've been around horses. Sound interesting? I've never been before so I don't know what to expect.

Going to Cowboy Church is on my list of things to do.
I'm even looking forward to getting up before the birds to attend the early morning church.
Yep, it's on my Bucket List for sure.

I have never heard of Cowboy Church.
What's that like?
It sounds wonderful...except for the ants, of course ; )

I.ve been before. It's interesting to say the least. They did finally just build a church building. It was open with mulched dirt floors with ants crawling all over. I do hope you are feeling better in the morning. I am wanting to go to church too somewhere that preaches good and has good music. I miss going to church. And my daughter and granddaughter are here so we need to go.

I hope and pray that you will be well and able to go! We have Cowboy Church on our county fair every year and we love it. Get well soon! Farmgirl hugs,
