I have been looking for a job since I got out of the military 2 years ago, but haven't been able to find anything that works with my school schedule and my husband's work schedule. I found a job at the VA here though, which is seriously across the street from us. Perfect hours, weekend nights only. Working in the ER. Hopefully my military experience and medical background will get me in the door. If you could say a little prayer or send some good thoughts this way it would be much appreciated!

Wow! What a long process, but I finally got a call this week and I did get the job! It is great because it is a civil service job, so my military time will count towards retirement, and when I graduate I will already be in the system. Also with my husband in the military and moving all the time I should still be able to transfer to any base we would be stationed at. So yay!
