Hi everybody -

This morning our (former) foster daughter called. Her brother, aged 33, had collapsed at work and was being rushed to the hospital. No other details were given except that the EMT's were performing CPR. By the time she called me back 20 minutes later, he had passed. The family is absolutely devastated. There were no warning signs, and the doctors are not sure at this point what happened to him. Their mom suffers from schizophrenia and is really not doing well with this at all. Please pray for everyone - for her brother's soul, for his mother, for our foster daughter and son and their children, all of his family and loved ones, as well as his girlfriend who was there to witness the whole thing. I've got the little ones here with me now, and our foster son just called to let me know they're making funeral arrangements and then will call with more information. This is so, so heartbreaking. I had to tell my foster son. He had to tell my foster daughter's mother. My foster daughter is in charge of her brother's affairs, and I know that this is absolutely killing her. Pray for our girl, please.

Warm, hugs and many blessings to all of you. Thank you for being here in prayer - I am so grateful to have you in my life. God bless us - every one!

- Nini

Thanks so much girls. God bless you all. It'll be okay. There's just so much to do, and she's bearing most of that burden herself. I just hate that she has to go through this. And her poor Mom is just having such a difficult time with this. Ugh... It's just something we all have to go through at some point in our lives. Please just know that your prayers are so important, and I really, really do appreciate them. Hugs - Nini

Thank you girls - you are all the best. This is such a hard, hard day. The kids just left and... well... you know. It's just so hard. I just wish I could make it all better. My poor girl. As if it's not cruel enough to lose her brother so unexpectedly and so early in life, all the other stuff you have to deal with makes it that much worse. She's handling it, though. I'm so proud of her. I know it's because of everyone's prayers that she will be okay. Thank you so much. God bless you all! Hugs - Nini

Lifes not about the breaths you take, but the moments that take your breath away.

Just a small town country girl, farmgirl, loggergirl, trying to live her dreams. :)

P.s. I've been playing around with the spelling of my name ( weird I know) and I've decided that I will stick with Hannah for good. Sorry I got you all confused. Hugs!!
